Topic:  Simplify Planning with Mind Mapping  -- technology, mind mapping & how they work together
 
 
Overview:
Tired of sticky notes and whiteboard sessions? Mind Mapping is an effective technique to use in requirements gathering sessions and in the construction of the WBS. When Mind Mapping is coupled with technology, it simplifies the process and enhances communication. During this presentation, Brandon Conrad will explain the Mind Mapping theory and how that theory can be used by BAs and PMs. Brandon will demonstrate best practice techniques in Mind Mapping and how it relates to technology. Participants will also learn how to simplify the project life cycle and improve communication of a project plan.

Brandon Conrad, Product Manager, MatchWare Inc.
 
 
Bio:
Brandon is a Product Manager with MatchWare Inc. and an expert in Mind Mapping Software. His specialty is bridging the gap between mind mapping and project management. Over the last 7 years, Brandon has been a key player in the development of project management rules as they relate to mind mapping software. With degrees in economics and psychology, Brandon brings a unique skill set to project mind mapping.
